In-Game Ranking System of Nexxus Legion

---Novice---
The obvious new-comer to the server. They MUST register on the forum and make a brief post about themselves to be promoted to Player. They can go into the Main World and the Forbidden Lands.
Commands Available: /help /msg /home /sethome /spawn

---Player---
Players gain the teleport with permission commands. To rank up to Trusted, a player must spend a minimum of 2 weeks in the server. In addition, the player must be friendly to the community and better the server as a whole. Two admin/moderators must agree on the promotion before the player is promoted. At this time the Admin/Mod will ask the player to post in the "To Promote to Trusted Post Here". A player will post their experience of Nexxus Legion: their projects, buildings, home, friends, etc.
Commands Available: /help /msg /home /sethome /spawn /tpa /tpahere /tpaccept /warp

---Trusted---
Trusteds have the ability to kick and ban to other players at will. They have the ability to vote for daytime. Trusted has spent more time on the server than the Player, and is recognized by the server community. In addition, they are not to abuse the kick and tempban.
Commands Available: /help /msg /home /sethome /spawn /tpa /tpahere /tpaccept /warp /kick /tempban /lvt /text

---Elder---
To rank up to Elder, a player must have committed to the server forum and in-game community for at least 2 months. They have the ability to disguise themselves as a mob using /md. They should be one that all Admin and Moderators are familiar with. The rank-up to this position must have at least 4 votes from Admin/Moderator. This rank is a true privilege due to the additional commands(/back and /lightning) and status.

---Moderator---
Moderators have the ability to rank up players. Players should only be ranked up to Trusted if it is agreed on by at least 2 Mod/Admins. Moderators have as many abilities and commands as they wish on the server. They are in charge of overseeing the in-game functionality of the players. This means, to facilitate disputes among players and to deal with grief, bans, kicks, spam, etc.
Commands Available: Any desired

---Admin---
While the Admins monitor in-game gameplay, their main concern is the backend of the server. They monitor plugins, config files, CPU usage of server, etc. Admins have the ability to rank up a player.
Commands Available: All

Also, I would like to note that the rank of Admin/Moderator should be a rank that is not freely given out. Candidates must show commitment to the server on both the server and on the forums, should be familiar to the entire server community, have great communication skills, respects the privacy of others, and have a set amount of time spent playing on the server. I believe these requirements are not too outrageous. In addition, any rank-up to Admin or Moderator must be done by a written majority vote within the forum. A new topic must be made, and each Admin/Moderator must vote.
